In Ghana, shito is used with a variety of dishes. These include kenkey, steamed rice, eba and waakye (rice and beans). Its uses have been adapted to that of a local ketchup, hot sauce or chili oil. It is very common to find shito being eaten with bread , hamburger, or spring rolls. In most Chinese restaurants across Ghana, shito replaces.

I absolutely loved this sauce!!! I really love dipping my food in something spicy which also helps me eat less in one portion. However I shared this sauce with a friend and we ate one quarter of the jar with tortilla scoops!!! I plan to start putting this on fish for sure and other meats!! I will forever purchase this wonderful, best salsa style sauce on planet earth!!!
